Nestled in the heart of Tuscany near Chiusi, Colle Santa Mustiola is the lifelong dedication of Fabio Cenni, who has focused on cultivating Sangiovese while preserving ancient clones once tended by his grandfather through careful massal selection.
The estate spans approximately 12 acres of vineyards, situated at an elevation of about 1,000 feet above sea level. The soils are Pliocene marine deposits, rich in alluvial materials, providing an ideal environment for Sangiovese and imparting exceptional sapidity and longevity to the wines.
The winery’s cellar is unique, accessible through an ancient Etruscan tomb, connecting the estate deeply to the region’s history
