Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore
La Staffa’s flagship cuvée: crafted from a mosaic of vineyards featuring diverse vine ages and exposures. The oldest plots date back to 1972, while the youngest were planted in 2010. Following fermentation and maturation, the final blend is meticulously assembled from 12 to 14 distinct vats, each reflecting the singular expression of its specific parcel, exposure, and terroir.

Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for 3–6 months before spring bottling. Over winter, it undergoes natural cold stabilization outdoors and is roughly filtered. In January, the blend is finalized.
