Tempa di Zoè

Diciotto Paestum Aglianico IGT

Diciotto is an Aglianico from the Cilento coast, with a spicy nose marked by aromas of myrtle and pepper, complemented by balsamic hints. Soft on the palate, it has present yet delicate tannins and great acidity. Bruno’s Diciotto challenges the idea of Aglianico as a rustic grape variety, showing instead how it can produce a wine that is both gentle and powerful. It pairs well with fish soup, young cheeses, and lasagna.
