XA Paestum Fiano IGT

XA Paestum Fiano IGT is the flagship white of Tempa di Zoè, born from a selection of their best Fiano grapes from three different areas of Cilento: the sea, the hills behind it, and the hinterland. A wine of character, it is complex and savoury, with considerable ageing potential. The nose reveals aromas of aromatic herbs, peach, and beeswax, with nuances of chamomile. Enveloping and savoury on the palate, it shows great persistence and a perfect correspondence between the nose and the palate.
