Masseria Setteporte is located on the southwestern slopes of Mount Etna in Biancavilla, within the Etna DOC. The Portale family has cultivated this land for generations, preserving the identity of local viticulture. In 2002, Piero Portale expanded and modernized the estate, which now covers 27 hectares, with 16.5 hectares under vine. The south-facing vineyards, planted at 650–800 meters, benefit from volcanic soils and high-altitude conditions. The estate focuses on Nerello Mascalese, producing wines renowned for their elegance, aromatic complexity, and exceptional drinkability.
