The Rossese di Dolceacqua appellation, with its first mapping of the local crus (“Nomeranze”) dating back to 1732, was officially recognized as a D.O.C. in 2011. Within this historic landscape, Maurizio Anfosso, owner and winemaker of Ka’ Manciné, tends his 60- to 100-year-old vines with care and precision.
Maurizio works with the terraces of Dolceaqua, letting the natural amphitheater shape the character of each vineyard. His wines gracefully express the unique personality of each local cru, showcasing the elegance, depth, and authenticity of the Rossese grape in its historic home.
