Profasio Valpolicella DOC Superiore

Years ago, separately vinifying individual limestone plots across Massimago's estate yielded extraordinary, unexpected results. Out of this discovery came Profasio: a Valpolicella Superiore crafted to be complex, elegant, and age-worthy, fully embodying the distinctive character of our vineyard. Its name honors a cherished family cooking tradition: the creative use of spices that delight the palate, warm the heart, and spark conversation.
