Camporotondo Vino Bianco
Camporotondo is made of Malvasia Moscata, an aromatic variety well-suited to dry, expressive wines. Skin maceration slightly reduces aromatic intensity while enhancing complexity and adding light tannins. The resulting wine shows a pale hue, as the skins oxidize minimally. In Monferrato, Crotin is among the few producers cultivating Malvasia Moscata, historically mistaken for Moscato di Canelli due to their shared Muscat aroma.
