Manuele Priolo redefines the appellation’s excellence through an avant-garde lens. Shaped by his formative years in Burgundy and Bordeaux, Manuele applies an uncompromising Grand Cru rigor to a unique terroir of Astian sands and blue marls. The estate’s crown jewel is “Anime Nere” – a heroic, cliffside vineyard with gradients exceeding 50%, preserving a rare 1950s mass selection of Nebbiolo. Rejecting conventional monoculture, the winery champions a regenerative, syntropic agronomic model that fosters absolute biodiversity. The result is a high-altitude Nebbiolo: vertical, deeply layered, and profoundly structured, built to defy time.
