Satèn is the ultimate expression of chardonnay, which has the ability to extract structure, elegance and minerality from the land where it originates. It has fine and persistent perlage, on the nose it presents notes of flowers, on the palate it is fresh, balanced with good minerality and persistence.

  • Vineyard

    In Iseo, between Lake Iseo and Franciacorta, the vineyards cover about 30 acres across the municipalities of Franciacorta, at an altitude of 490 to 820 feet above sea level.

  • Vinification

    Soft pressing, cold static decantation for 36 hours, fermentation inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation in stainless steel for 85% and in barrique for 15%.

  • Ageing

    In contact with yeast for 24-30 months

  • Residual Sugar

    4.5 g/L
