Vinification
Hand-harvested in mid-September. Each grape variety is vinified separately, gently destemmed, crushed, and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation during 4 months in cement tanks.

12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months of maturation in cement before bottling.
