Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Extra Brut

Franciacorta DOCG Rosé is pink with some copper highlights in the color. On the nose aromas of small red and black ripe berries (raspberry, blackberry, wild cherry and sour cherry), of slightly unripe red apple and quince, flowery with notably candied orange peel, with a light scent of almond. Consistent, yet subtle perlage with fine and persistent foam. The wine is of fine structure, and with a right balance between acidity and body, delicate and persistent, with great minerality. Red berries, vanilla and tobacco on the finish.
