Fonte delle Donne Toscana Bianco IGT

Light pale golden color with aromatic notes of fresh citrus and fragrance of star anise. The palate is soft, mineral with a crisp persistent taste and a good acidity. Fibbiano is the only winery in Italy producing wine from the Colombano grape.

    Hand-harvested in early September during the cooler hours. Grapes are soft-pressed, cooled with iced CO₂ in stainless steel to prevent oxidation, then transferred after 24 hours to a temperature-controlled tank for around 30 days of fermentation.

    6 months in cement tanks and another 6 months in the bottle.
