Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé has a pale rosé colour and a slightly shy nose, with aromas of wild berries, currants, and lemon apples. On the palate, fruit-supporting acidity brings freshness and structure, while the wine remains delicate, revealing further notes of red berries and cherries. Playful, piquant, and charming.

  • Vinification

    Hand-harvest in the beginning of October, using ripe grapes only. The grapes are gently squeezed and then filled into the press. After 12 hours of skin contact, they are slightly pressed.

    3 months on the lees in stainless steel. Bottled in January the following year
